Join Maxine Jaffa, Head of Wellbeing at National Talent Academy and Chief of Magic at The Jaffa Foundation as she shares what the wellness industry doesn’t want you to know.

In this talk, Maxine will be debunking some today’s biggest wellness myths, and aiming to leave you feeling better about what you’re already doing right.

Maxine has a bachelor's degree in social sciences from The University of Cape Town and a postgraduate degree with distinction in psychology from Rhodes University. She was personally trained as a life coach by Oprah’s Martha Beck and has coached a group on Necker Island. Maxine is a member of the British Psychological Society. Maxine worked as a Research Fellow at The Neuro-Psychoanalysis Centre, at the Anna Freud Centre, and has also worked in neuropsychological rehabilitation at the Wellington Hospital. Maxine's book “Emotion” is a collaboration with Mark Solms, Oliver Sacks, Jaak Panksepp and Antonio Damasio.
