Let’s get Chisel’d! Join Chrissy Duncan for a 30 minute Full Body Strength Workout with optional weights.  It would be tabata style: 20 seconds of work, 10 second of rest.

Prepare a workout mat, light to medium weights if possible, a smile and willingness to sweat and have a little fun.

Fitness Leader of the year in 2015, Chrissy has been schooled as a Personal Sports Nutrition Coach with the leading science based company Precision Nutrition coupled with 15 years as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She has helped thousands of people both in person and online reach their fitness and health goals.

Chrissy coaches people who have busy lives to enjoy eating real quality food and to move their body as often as possible with purposeful movement. She provides her clients with the proper tools to lead a healthier life, without feeling deprived of foods they enjoy. Chrissy teaches them how to scale back to align their intake/output with their goals using how they want to look and feel as their guide.

Chrissy says "I’m here to teach you how to love yourself so that you can live out your life as the STRONGEST, HEALTHIEST and most AWESOME version of you possible. I love people, I love the study of human habits and I think everyone deserves to feel confident in the body they have”.
