Exclusive APAC Book Launch

Organised by Thrive HR Exchange and Thrive Global APAC

2020 brought home (literally) the productivity paradox: we are working more, but because we are more stressed and distracted, we are less productive. Google searches for “how to get my brain to focus” skyrocketed in the last year. It took the pandemic to increase awareness of the connection between productivity and well-being.

How do you take back control over your life, work and wellness to become the best version of you? How do you also support your team and organisation’s well-being and performance?

Join us for this APAC-exclusive fireside chat with Marina Khidekel, Head of Content Development and author of the latest Thrive Global book “Your Time to Thrive”.

Anyone who has ever thought: “I really want to make a positive change in my life” needs to attend this session.

With minimal time and effort, you will learn to seamlessly integrate small, science-backed actions (Microsteps) into your daily life and build sustainable healthy habits aligned with the change you want to achieve.

By the end of the session, you will be empowered to adopt healthy habits with:

  • Illuminating research on the connection between well-being and performance

  • Easily adoptable Microsteps for each area of your life

  • Personal stories of wellness success from business moguls, professional athletes, Thrive Global employees, and more

  • Thoughtful questions to challenge limiting beliefs and inspire healthy action

Brought to you in partnership with Thrive Global APAC and Yahoo Finance, this special event is exclusively for our community.
