Depending on what news you read, AI is full of bias and will increase discrimination, or AI will neutralise and improve diversity within your organisation. There is an element of truth in both statements.

In this session, we will explore both sides to this argument and provide guidance for HR leaders to ensure bias doesn't undermine the effectiveness of implementing AI solutions in business, while simultaneously achieving the aim of improving diversity overall.

Join us for a fireside chat with Sahana Shetty, HR Head - Infrastructure & Cloud at London Stock Exchange Group and Philippa Penfold, Founder & CEO People Collider as we delve into:

  • The interplay between data and AI, and how it influences bias

  • The impact of data on the employee experience and organisation culture

  • Why the deployment of AI does not always solve the problem

  • Why good data management matters for diversity

If you are running business, HR and IT for large or small organisations, join us to learn and connect with the community in this virtual group! Limited spaces available so register soon!
