Brent Tignor is the CHRO of Balchem Corporation (NASDAQ: BCPC), a global nutrition and health company that delivers trusted innovative and science-based solutions to the nutrition, food, and sterilization markets.

Prior to joining Balchem, Brent held global HR leadership roles for Stepan Company, including an international assignment in Singapore where he was the Head of HR for the Asia-Pacific region.

Brent has a deep understanding of international growth strategies, including mergers & acquisitions. He also has significant experience in developing industry-leading talent and building organisational capabilities on a global scale. Brent is based in the New York City metro area.
