Measuring Performance by Outcomes with Vikramaditya Bajpai

Original production by Thrive HR Exchange
Hosted by Matthew Chapman, Co-creator of Thrive HR Exchange and Founder of ChapmanCG

Companies around the world are faced with the big decision of when and how to return to the office. Alcon, amongst many others, have recently adopted a hybrid work model – part office and part home. Whether the office is at your home or your company, being able to drive and measure performance is key.

Listen as Vik highlights some of the key strategies Alcon is using to drive performance whilst supporting flexibility, including:

  • Translating the hybrid-work approach into individual employees’ needs.

  • An organisational shift from activity-based performance to outcome-based performance.

  • Creating a responsive feedback loop through internal communications.
