The Hybrid Workplace of the Future with Jessica Valentin

Original production by Thrive HR Exchange
Hosted by Matthew Chapman, Co-creator of Thrive HR Exchange and Founder of ChapmanCG

Jessica Valentin and Matt Chapman speak on the importance of the way people business leaders 'show up' during this time, with more of their interactions being under scrutiny; both good and bad. They also talk about organising your workplace for the "hybrid" part-virtual / part-physical model of the future.

She shares her observations from her work with clients:

  • Leadership and people management are key capabilities for the future of work

  • Leading self first to lead others and the organisation more effectively

  • Learning to slow down and set boundaries to increase personal and organisational effectiveness
