After a long global HR career with Johnson and Johnson, where Stella finished in 2016 as Worldwide Head of HR for Medical Devices and Diagnostics, she has been following her passion around coaching high performing leaders, especially in start up environments. Stella talks about coaching high-performing leaders to continue prioritising their lives in a changing world, support their teams to ensure optimal working together and to keep connected when working remotely.

Stella is a world traveler, a constant learner and an explorer of new ideas and the synergistic connections in life. She has a practice which includes executive transitions, global team effectiveness and integral coaching.

Her approach is one of supporting individuals to discover themselves and their unique essential qualities as they embrace challenges and opportunities in life leadership-embracing shifts towards a "new way" of being and leading aligned with their own meaningful purpose and who they are.

While her practice is from her home office in Hoboken, NJ she travels the world (including virtually) with clients from Asia, Latin America, Europe and across the United States. Stella is experienced in organizational cultures, diverse business models and navigating complex business eco-systems as well as navigating matrix structures, including partnerships and alliances.

She is a certified Integral Coach, studying the Enneagram Narrative and volunteers with a number of NGOs and Non Profits, one of which is the Enneagram Prison Project. Stella also brings her extensive HR Executive Leadership experience from over 20 years with firms such as Johnson & Johnson, Merck & Co., Inc, Hoffmann-La Roche and Unilever.
