Guest Bio:

Maureen Waterston has been CHRO of Pratt & Whitney since November 2015.

Maureen has over 25 years of HR experience. She joined Pratt & Whitney Canada in 1997 and has held a variety of leadership positions. She joined Otis Elevator in 2009, based in Singapore, covering 14 countries in South Asia Pacific and Gulf Area. Maureen has held the CHRO role at Otis Elevator (2012 – 2013) and at UTC’s Building & Industrial Systems (Carrier & Otis Elevator) (2013 – 2015).

Maureen has a bachelor's in business from the University of New Brunswick and a master's degree in industrial relations from the University of Toronto. She serves on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Central and Northeastern Connecticut.
