Guest Bio:

Joan has over 20 years of experience in Executive Recruitment spanning both the search industry and corporate recruitment. Today she heads Schneider Electric’s Global Executive Recruitment Team, partnering with business and HR leaders to deliver end to end exec recruiting talent solutions. Prior to Schneider Joan was responsible for Exec Talent Acquisition for Dell Asia Pacific. Her earlier years were spent in HR consulting and search with Arthur Andersen. She is a certified Exec coach and a Hogan Assessor.

Joan is Singaporean and married with 4 children. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English & Political Science from the National University of Singapore. In her personal time, Joan is passionate about community projects where volunteering for overseas mission trips has become an annual endeavour.
