Larry McAlister
A strategic senior leader in the HR space, with proven success in multi-billion-dollar businesses, such as Equinix, Citibank and Philip Electronics as well as dynamic software companies such as Tibco and GluMobile.

Over his career, Larry has built highly effective talent management strategies and development programs. Larry is known for his exceptional ability to work with cross-functional leaders and silo bust throughout organizations.

His passion has led him to focus on transforming the landscape of talent and ensuring the people strategy closely aligns with the business strategy using cutting edge technologies.

Marcus Plush
Senior Director, HR at NetApp where he is responsible for the development and implementation of global and regional HR strategies across Asia Pacific and Japan. As a passionate HR Leader with over 20 years of experience, Marcus is known for leading change, enabling innovation, and driving engagement across the entirety of the HR function including business partnerships, talent, organizational development, total rewards, diversity, and operations.

In addition to his time in the IT Industry, Marcus also has held a number of different HR roles in the Defense, Logistics & Distribution, Agribusiness, and Healthcare Industries where his success was underpinned by the ability to enable talent, build high performing teams, and develop and implement business-aligned people strategies.
