Original production by Thrive HR Exchange
Hosted by Matthew Chapman, Co-creator of Thrive HR Exchange and Founder of ChapmanCG

As Head of Talent - Go To Market at UCB, a Belgian-headquartered Biopharma Company, Nico keeps thousands of employees around the globe squarely focused on patient needs whilst also ensuring they take care of their own wellbeing.

The continued integration of work and life for employees around the globe requires the careful consideration of employee wellbeing to maintain balance. The influence of recent workplace trends has led to accelerated change in recent months and balancing immediate factors with ongoing uncertainty when making decisions adds increased complexity.

Nico shines a light on:

  • Balancing immediate decisions vs. planning for the future when managing a crisis

  • 2020 as 'the year of resilience' and employee wellbeing as a critical consideration

  • The importance of disconnection for recuperation
