Ayana Champagne is Vice President & Chief HR Officer of Ferring Pharmaceuticals U.S. located in Parsippany, NJ.

A dynamic strategist with a record of demonstrated success in building worldwide organization capability as a business and HR leader, Ayana is an inspirational change agent. As an early career executive, she successfully led global organizations through expansions and rationalization exercises while remaining a tenacious pioneer in the talent management space. The eldest of 7, and mother of a 2-year old daughter, Ayana grew up on the south side of Chicago, and would be the first to tell you that “you can have it all.” Her 20 years of leadership span both small and large organizations covering mid-sized entrepreneurial companies to Fortune 50 multinational companies in manufacturing, aerospace and the pharmaceutical industry.

Ayana is a graduate of Bradley University, where she received a BS degree in Finance, and Aurora University where she completed master’s degrees in both Human Resource Management and Operations.
