Guest Bio:

Magnus Hibbert was appointed Head of HR for Consumer Healthcare on the 1st of October 2019. He brings tremendous experience in leading major transformations, gained in a variety of HR leadership roles, including previously in Consumer Healthcare.

Most recently, Magnus was SVP, Head of HR Corporate and Global Support Functions (GSF). In this role, he was accountable for the delivery of the GSF transformation agenda over the last seven years, in parallel with leading the development of HR Global Operations. During his 21 years at GSK, Magnus has held roles of increasing responsibility within the HR function, including as HR Director for the Consumer Healthcare UK business, VP HR Pharma Asia Pacific in Singapore and VP HR Consumer Supply Chain and Nutrition Category. He began his career with Royal Dutch Shell plc in the UK.
