Frederic Dura (Fred) is Asia HR Director at Millennium Capital Management, based in Singapore. Through his extensive experience in various International HR leadership roles that have spanned the globe and having lived in several countries, Fred has developed a strong international profile that has shaped his perspective when it comes to making an impact in global resource management.

His passion is partnering with business stakeholders, addressing people-related matters to support them in achieving business objectives. Fred holds a BA in Law and a Master in Labor Law and Human Resources from La Sorbonne University in Paris.
