Dominic White heads up HR for Zurich’s Commercial Insurance and the Corporate Centre, two key functional areas that are in the process of transitioning back to the office. Adopting a hybrid working model, Dominic highlights the importance of this period to reflect and reset. With new ways of working comes a renewed focus on setting accountabilities and managing time thoughtfully.

Dominic joined Zurich in September 2017 as Regional Head HR for Asia Pacific. He moved to Switzerland in 2020 as Head HR, Corporate Centre and Commercial Insurance.

Previously he has worked across the Banking, FMCG and Retail industries and has lived and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, India and Europe.

He holds an MSc in Forensic & Legal Psychology and a Bachelor of Laws.
